The staff were all very nice and friendly and tried to help whereever possible. Location was great and had a target nearby (5mins drive) with a playground there for the kiddos. Also a bakery and mc donalds next door to keep them alive. The mexican food truck across the road was amazing and well worth a visit.

Firstly when i walked in the room i got sick as the smell of sewage was so intense. It took 3 days and 50 dollars in sprays to remove the stench. Cleaners were fantastic but it was trying to put lipstick on a pig as the room was very rundown and dated. The walls were like paper so you heard every conversation from the other rooms. The shower was broken. The washing machines were often used up by staff as theirs were broken. It was like the walking dead around the hotel with all the homeless and addicts so it did feel unsafe with my toddler but the security tried their best to keep cars secure. I rather eat sand than the bagged breakfast offerings. The rooms fee was quite expensive so it left me wondering where the money was going. Overall you can tell the staff were trying their best but the hotel is in some serious need of renovation and investment for maintenance.
The room above us was up all night. Lots of noise impossible to sleep well. We have stayed there a couple of times and it was fine but this time it as rough. The staff has always been great.

The room was damaged and dirty. The bathroom door did not function close or shut, room was dirty and smelled like smoke. Website said pool and hot tub neither are there. Breakfast was a separate purchase and was a joke, had to pay for parking even tho your a guest? Would not recommend staying there. People banging all night staff did nothing about it.
