Very convenient location!
Shower had extremely low water pressure and was cold to lukewarm and bathroom faucet was stuck and difficult to turn on and had no hot water.
Location was good, right by the space needle and accessible by bus. The room was fine, clean enough and big enough for 2 people but nothing extraordinary.

I accidentally left some clothes in the closet. When I called to inquire about them, the manager claimed that they were not left in the room. When I insisted that I did, they were extremely disrespectful and dismissive, suggesting that they may be in my luggage (after I had already told them I had double-checked). The only help that they offered was to call the Seattle Police non-emergency line. While I understand that I "abandoned" my clothes and am no longer a customer once I checked out, I still expect better treatment from management.

The Hotel need modernization ASAP.
The staff was excellent. Greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The location was perfect for where we were going to see a concert at Climate Pledge.

The room is way past needing an update. It is a very dated hotel. The air didn't move around the room. Pillows were to small and the mattress was definitely passed its time.
The location was perfect and walking distance to literally everything. The beds were very comfortable and the employees were so very nice. I would definitely stay here again!
