Ressenti des voyageurs
- Cleanliness8.6
Multiple reviews explicitly note rooms and property are clean and spacious, though some comments mention age/wear of furnishings rather than dirtiness.
- Service9.2
Staff repeatedly praised (several mentions of extremely friendly, accommodating staff and specific praise for 'Patricia' at breakfast); service is a clear strength.
- Location9.4
Near Hollywood Boulevard, Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre and close to Universal; location repeatedly cited as the hotel's primary asset.
- Room Quality8.0
Rooms are described as large with kitchens and comfortable beds, but multiple guests note dated decor, worn furniture and occasional maintenance issues (dripping shower, access to upper floors).
- Amenities7.8
In-room kitchens and laundry machines available, shuttle mentioned, but laundry requires coins and some guests find on-site amenities limited.
- Value for Money9.0
Several reviews explicitly call this a great value for the price and recommend it as a budget-friendly option in a prime location.
- Food and Beverage7.6
Breakfast is consistently described as simple/continental and limited but the staff serving it receive strong praise; some guests found the selection too sparse and the space small.
- Overall Experience9.2
Overall positive recommendations: guests highlight location, friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms despite the hotel's dated appearance; many would return or recommend.
