Was very dirty woke up at four in the morning to turn the light on to go to the bathroom and roaches scattered everywhere. It was so disgusting. I told the front desk when we checked out today and they could care less not that I wanted anything in return I just wanted them to know that it was gross. We had we originally booked through Park fly and stay so we could park our car while we cruise. We stayed the first night on the fourth floor and it was OK not great but OK and we were able to lay our head down to just sleep and get up and go to the cruise in the morning. The day we came back the weather was awful. We did not get off the ship until after 4:30 in the afternoon and it was a hour and a half trip back to the hotel due to traffic so we decided because the traffic was bad the weather was bad. We would try to stay one more night so I booked through Booking.com while we were in the Uber back to the hotel to get our car and when I got there, I was able to check in and it was not the best but we may do until we saw roaches at four in the morning. And it was not the Palmetto bugs. It was actually the German roaches the small tiny ones I was afraid for my luggage and had to buy spray before I even brought them near my house.

o Atendimento foi ruim, com apenas um senhor para atender a todos no check-in, sem nenhuam paciência, não lia bem e insistiu em não usar o oculos.
