Ressenti des voyageurs

• Cleanliness8.6

Generally praised for cleanliness and well-maintained rooms; one mention of shower leaking was a minor negative.

• Service8.5

Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful; a few check-in issues and an isolated unfriendly counter interaction lowered the score slightly.

• Location9.5

Consistently highlighted as excellent — very central, next to Lotte World/Mall and convenient for transport and shopping.

• Room Quality9.3

Rooms described as comfortable, quiet, well-organized with good bedding and family room options; projector and mini washing machine noted as extras.

• Amenities9.0

Strong amenities (pool, gym, club floor access, on-site shopping/food hall, in-room conveniences) reported as valuable and enjoyed by families.

• Value for Money8.7

Overall stays described as memorable and worth it for families; implicit good value given location and facilities despite a few operational hiccups.

• Food and Beverage8.0

Food often praised (some called breakfast exceptional), but there are mixed notes: fewer restaurants on-site and at least one report of a decline compared to a prior stay.

• Overall Experience9.6

Majority of reviews call the stay perfect, memorable or exceptional — family-friendly, comfortable and centrally located, with minor service/operational negatives.
