The location was excellent. Staff were helpful with a query I had. They were all very pleasant people.

The room and bed were comfortable. Radisson's always have good beds and pillows. The location is excellent: very close to Gloucester Road Station. Breakfast wasn't included in my booking but they offered me a good price to book it at check-in, and it was delicious.

The only thing was the placement to the television but this was probably optimal given the geometry of the room. It was not really an issue: I just watched some things on my phone.
