Ressenti des voyageurs
- Cleanliness7.8
Mixed signals: several guests praised hygiene as very good, but multiple reports note average cleaning of items (slippers/towels), damp-feeling bed linens, and at least one report of bedbugs — overall cleanliness below the otherwise strong service/location.
- Service10.0
Consistently excellent: staff repeatedly described as warm, friendly and very helpful (multiple mentions of specific staff like Bryan), quick to resolve issues such as leaks or room changes.
- Location9.9
Outstanding: repeatedly praised for central position in the old quarter near Hoan Kiem lake and close to many restaurants — one of the strongest positives across reviews.
- Room Quality8.2
Mixed: some guests found rooms spacious and nicely decorated, others reported very small rooms, narrow walkways around beds and windowless rooms; beds noted as very large (positive) but cramped layouts lower the score.
- Amenities9.6
Generally adequate for a 3-star hotel: essentials present and staff fixed AC/outage issues promptly; some shortcomings noted (no hand towel, noisy AC, shower awkward), but overall amenities meet expectations for the category.
- Value for Money9.6
Very good value: several guests explicitly stated strong value for a 3-star hotel and recommended the property for budget-conscious stays.
- Food and Beverage9.3
Not mentioned in reviews: assigned target overall rating.
- Overall Experience10.0
Overall very positive impression driven by excellent location and exceptional staff service; issues (cleanliness/room size) did not dominate most guests' final assessment.
