Ressenti des voyageurs

• Cleanliness9.0

Rooms described as nice and clean and hotel recently refurbished; minor negative noted about sticky floor/table mats in the breakfast area.

• Service8.5

Mixed: several comments praise friendly/helpful staff, but automated check-in felt 'cold' and front-desk required repeated address entry and didn’t proactively provide pajamas—service is acceptable but not flawless.

• Location10.0

Repeatedly highlighted as excellent — literally next to Namba/South Sea train, steps from subway exits, FamilyMart at ground floor and walking distance to Dotonbori/shops and airport train connection.

• Room Quality6.0

Multiple reviews note rooms are very small/cramped (difficult to open luggage, furniture and bed close together); size is the main downside.

• Amenities9.0

Good practical amenities noted: FamilyMart on-site, laundry machines, modernized facilities; minor negative: no in-room safe mentioned.

• Value for Money9.5

Several reviewers explicitly call out good price-to-quality (性價比高) and reasonable rates for the location and offerings.

• Food and Beverage7.5

Breakfast described as plentiful with both continental and Japanese options, but quality judged mediocre by some and breakfast area cleanliness (sticky floor/table mats) was criticized.

• Overall Experience8.5

Overall positive experience driven by unbeatable location, good value and clean, modern rooms, tempered by small room sizes and some front-desk/check-in shortcomings.

Avis des voyageurs

The Sotetsu Freesa Innis a short walk from the Namba station. It’s well located and attached to a little market. There are bakeries in the area. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The staff was very helpful in checking in and checking out and also helping arrange luggage transfer and showing me the options there.

Nothing

Excelente ubicación y amenidades y atracciones cerca a minutos a pie.

It’s located in the best location. I love how it’s close to Namba station, Takashimaya, Dotonburi and Kuromon market. The staffs are very helpful and polite. The hotel provides everything you need. And the room is clean.
