Ressenti des voyageurs
- Cleanliness8.5
Generally reported as clean and modern, but several guests mentioned bathroom/drain odors, strong room fragrance in places, and at least one report of a room not being cleaned.
- Service9.6
Repeated praise for friendly, helpful and welcoming staff at reception and throughout the property; service is consistently described positively.
- Location9.8
Very strong sentiment: repeatedly described as central, ideal, close to historic centre, train, market, cathedral and main attractions — one of the hotel's standout strengths.
- Room Quality8.4
Rooms are often described as spacious, fresh and modern, but some negatives noted (older bathroom fixtures, awkward shower head, uncomfortable bed for one guest, claustrophobic feeling in one room, missing table/chair in some rooms).
- Amenities8.2
Basic amenities are provided but several guests noted issues: limited complimentary water/coffee (not replenished), lack of balcony seating, missing bathroom aerator, and occasional AC issues.
- Value for Money9.2
Most guests called the price excellent for the location and quality; a minority felt price/quality or breakfast variety could be better, but overall value perception is very positive.
- Food and Beverage8.3
Breakfast described as 'OK' but not very varied by some guests; minor complaints also about coffee pods not being replenished and limited complimentary drinks.
- Overall Experience10.0
Overall overwhelmingly positive: many guests recommend the hotel, would return, and highlight cleanliness, location and staff as reasons for an excellent overall stay.

El comedor a pesar de su decoración y atención era muy pequeño y al desayuno buffet le faltó diversidad de productos
Amazing location. We opted for the superior room with balcony. Not quite balcony but room enough to stand and people watch up and down the street.

Coffee was not replenished when room was cleaned which we only requested once in our 6 day stay!
We moesten vroeger weg en kregen een ontbijtje mee
