Понравилось, что убираются часто, не надо напоминать. Воду меняют, постель и полотенца. Персонал вежливый. Насекомых нет. Запахов лишних нет.

Телевизора не было, хотя в описании он есть. Розетка одна была неисправна, пришлось выбирать между тем чтобы включить компьютер или холодильник. Холодильник был грязный. В остальном все удовлетворительно.

Khách sạn quá tệ, trải nghiệm kinh khủng nhất trong chuyến đi nha trang của tôi. Thứ nhất: tiện nghi thiếu thốn (không có nước nóng, máy sấy cũng ko, thiếu ổ điện phòng 2 giường đôi chỉ có 1 ổ cắm điện, tv để trưng và remote tv cũng chả có viên pin nào, móc treo quần áo nhiều "kiểu giáng" quăn queo, đèn đóm trong phòng đc 2 cái 1 trong wc và 1 ở ngoài đèn tối thui nhiều công tắc nhưng ko có đèn nào khác). Thứ 2: đặt phòng trước 4 ngày nhưng tới lúc nhận phòng thì bảo hết phòng rồi tự ý báo up rate hạng phòng và nhận được cái phòng chả ra gì. Thứ 3: phòng dơ, các khung cửa và ban công không được lau dọn đóng cả lớp bụi có cả xác ong chết khô. Bồn vệ sinh bẩn ố vàng. Thứ 4: khắc phục các vấn đề kém, không giải quyết được gì ra trò, tốn thời gian ảnh hưởng đến chuyến đi của tôi. Thứ 5: tôi đã rời đi vì tình trạng phòng quá tệ và cách giải quyết của khách sạn quá kém. Chất lượng phòng không đạt yêu cầu ở mức 2 sao. Tôi đã yêu cầu khách sạn hủy phòng vì các tiện nghi ko đầy đủ, quá dơ và ko có nước nóng, khách sạn chỉ hoàn tiền 50% trong khi khách sạn ko đạt tiêu chuẩn. Tóm lại, đây là khách sạn tệ nhất tôi từng đi, lời khuyên cho mọi người ko nên chọn khách sạn này có nhiều khách sạn khác tuyệt hơn với mức giá như này. Trải nghiệm cực tệ và không bao giờ quay lại!!
