Location is good, the room was clean and breakfast was fine. In general the staff was friendly.

- No free water provided to the room, when asked for this over the phone we got an arrogant response and were referred to the €2 water containers in the minibar. This is below par service for a 4-star hotel - When asked for an iron & iron board (not provided at first) I got strict instructions as if I was planning to take it home. I could only keep it for 1h max - Price/quality ratio is off to me

Localização excelente! Junto da zona nova da cidade, com transportes públicos ao virar da esquina assim como comércio e restaurantes! O pequeno almoço também é muito bom e as instalações modernas e confortáveis.
