Ressenti des voyageurs

• Cleanliness8.9

Not mentioned in reviews; assumed standard quality for this hotel tier.

• Service8.2

Many guests described staff as friendly and helpful, 24/7 reception praised, but several reports of uncommunicative reception staff and one serious complaint about an alleged upsell/parking issue lowered the score.

• Location9.5

Consistently praised as an excellent, central location (near Union Square) ideal for city trips; one note about proximity to the Tenderloin at night.

• Room Quality8.1

Mixed feedback: some guests loved spacious apartments and kitchenette; negatives include small rooms/beds for three adults, soft/worn mattresses, small kitchen sink and limited kitchenware.

• Amenities9.3

Positive mentions of kitchenette, lobby coffee/tea, washer, fitness and games rooms; some shortcomings noted (no stove in some units, missing cookware, small sink).

• Value for Money9.0

Multiple comments of good price/quality and 'good stay for the price', though one guest reported extra unexpected costs related to parking/upsell which affected perceived value for that stay.

• Food and Beverage9.0

Complimentary coffee, tea and lemonade in the lobby were appreciated; no full on-site restaurant and limited in-apartment cooking facilities noted.

• Overall Experience9.2

Generally very satisfied guests: comfortable apartments, good location and helpful staff reported frequently; a minority of stays had issues (bed size/mattress, staff communication, upsell incident), but overall experiences skew positive.

Thee is helaas alleen kamille.

Excellent location on a street that felt safe. We rented a suite with a kitchenette. The kitchenette was not equipped with a stovetop, which made making breakfast a bit of a challenge. Othering, the suite was spacious and comfortable
