Because we stayed with you we could have left our luggage with you for free while we went to go and do the west highland walk but we got told by one of your staff we couldn’t we had to go through Stasher when I went onto web site it didn’t bring up your property so we paid to have our luggage stored at a less convenient place for nearly $300 Australian. When we got told after we did that by another staff member that we could have it for free we were upset because of the conflicting information. So it would be good if all staff had the right information.

The location was great. We walked to all of the sites, and there were tons of restaurants nearby. It was super high-tech and eco friendly. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

The location was amazing! Near castle and Grassmarket area. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Room had all the amenities and was in excellent condition.
