Avis des voyageurs
The check in and check out process were friendly and efficient. We are very satisfied with out room, which is facing a side street, very quiet. The room is specious, clean. The beds are comfortable. The cleaning staff did good job and are friendly. The location of the hotel is great, easy to find restaurants, shopping and metro. We booked a airport limo to PVG. The lady driver was very good, a smooth drive and helpful with the luggage. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay again in this hotel, after several years.

The coffee in room is of very poor quality. packages of instant Nestle cafe would have been better.
