Honestly, this has been the best customer service experience I have ever had in a hotel. The staff genuinely went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. I had an issue with the heating in my room, and it was dealt with immediately and without any fuss. The team were simply fantastic, some of the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. That said, the room itself wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve stayed in, and I’ve certainly experienced better. The hotel also lacks a comfortable lounge area, and having to walk around the back of the building to access the restaurant wasn’t ideal. The location also wasn’t on the nicest street. However, what really stood out was the staff. Their attitude, kindness and willingness to help made up for many of the hotel’s shortcomings. They genuinely made the stay a much better experience.
