The ac was noise but we got a room change and it was a bit better.
The room worked quite well for 3 women. Always clean with fresh towels (we didn't request them every day). The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. This hotel was also within walking distance of just about anything in the French Quarter. However the very best part of staying at this Courtyard by Marriott was Sherlita, our person at the front desk. She was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Suggested restaurants, tours, and places to go. She also called us taxis and booked some tours for us and always a welcoming greeting no matter what time it was. Sherlita truly loves what she does and it shows in how she treats the guests.

The outlet in our bathroom did not work but fortunately there were others we could use in the room. Also it would have been nice to have a full length mirror and a few luggage racks.

Strange entry way, Two elevators
There was something wrong with our room plus we had a terrible view but Shelita (a staff) made everything right so quickly. She was able to give us a better room and made us feel so welcome our entire stay. I would definitely stay here every time I visit. Rooms were nice and clean and very close to everything..Definitely a 10/10

The people who worked the front desk where so friendly and polite...They really made us feel welcomed ☺️ Then we meant Tyrone....he was a joy! He took very good care of us as we ate and had some drinks! I even drop some sauce on my white shirt and he helped me clean it up.b4.it really stained! Thank you Tyrone☺️
