had an unresolved issue with my room and spoke to a man on the 4th floor who identified himself as the manager. Throughout the conversation he stared at me in a strange, unsettling way. When I said I wasn't happy with how things were handled, he replied, "Who's looking? There are no cameras," and then said, "I'm the manager — I'm the king of this place." I felt genuinely intimidated and unsafe, and I left immediately. The rest of the staff were polite and professional, but no guest should ever be spoken to like this by management. I've lodged a formal complaint and hope the hotel investigates.

Our room definately needed some renovation. Everything worked OK, but was a bit oldfashioned and "expired". But the location is great, -close to the wonderful Promenade at Darling Harbour.

Everything I asked for in my email was delivered. The view was sensational. An older apartment but clean with all amenities available.

I didn't like the fact that parking costs $59 a day. I'm just used to free parking for guests.

The room smelt like dirty carpet. The carpet is really old and smelly and needs replacing. The staff weren’t too obliging with any requests.
