Ressenti des voyageurs

• Cleanliness9.1

Multiple guests mention rooms and breakfast areas were very clean; isolated issues reported (floors needing attention, one report of a filthy hot tub) so cleanliness is strong overall with a few negatives.

• Service10.0

Service is repeatedly praised as exceptional — staff remembered names, were helpful and friendly; one isolated negative check-in interaction noted but majority report outstanding hospitality.

• Location10.0

Consistently described as perfect/central: walking distance to Old Town/Duval St and 'top location' in many reviews.

• Room Quality10.0

Rooms are frequently called spacious, comfortable, and nicely appointed; several guests specifically highlight clean, roomy accommodations.

• Amenities9.6

Breakfast and daily happy hour are popular and well-received; parking is available. Minor negatives: small pool size, construction on property, and at least one report of an unclean hot tub.

• Value for Money9.0

Some guests felt the property is overpriced for what is offered and mentioned an unexpected parking fee; overall satisfaction remains high but perceived value is slightly reduced.

• Food and Beverage9.9

Continental breakfast receives strong praise for variety and service; happy hour/aperitivo is also highlighted positively by multiple reviewers.

• Overall Experience10.0

Overall sentiment is very positive — many 10/10 experiences, guests felt pampered and plan to return; occasional minor issues did not overshadow stays for most guests.

Avis des voyageurs

The location is good, as was the continental breakfast and happy hour. Most of the staff were exceptionally pleasant.

The property is highly overpriced for what you get. The pool is very small. The hot tub was filthy. We were told that when we arrived at 2 PM that we would be able to check in at three. We went back at 3 o’clock and we’re told rudely that we could not check in until four and that no one could’ve possibly told us that we could’ve checked in by three, as if we were fibbing, and I do not like men, especially young men referring to women as girls, which is how he referred to us he needs to join the 21st-century

It was in the middle of everywhere I wanted to go

Floors needed some attention, but they were quick to fix the issue

Leider Bauarbeiten auf dem Grundstück und Gartenanlage sehr klein.

The staff was exceptional. The property was clean and in a great location to walk everywhere in Old Town.

The staff. They made our stay. They remembered our names and did little things to go above and beyond.

The staff was amazing, the location is perfect, and the room was very comfortable. The continental breakfast included many options.
