The property was very poorly maintained and was very poorly cleaned. When we first walked in, the couch, not only was it broken, but it was very dirty. I had booked the stay for 3 people and needed the pull out couch for the 3rd person but the frame was broken. I had to track down someone to help with this issue which was frustrating in itself. They then proceeded to try and give us a couch (not a pull out couch) or a mattress on the floor. We spent 2-3 hours trying to get that figured out when we had just gotten there, we ended up taking the mattress on the floor since the second couch didn’t convert into a bed. After I talked to management to try and get some sort of refund for this inconvenience they stated that they’d discuss that with me after my stay. It’s been almost 3 weeks and have heard nothing from them and they’ve ignored my messages and calls.

The location of the property is really good. Close to the Zoo and and short walk to the main boulevard that has everything you need for a decent Waikiki experience.

We booked two apartments. One apartment the fridge was not working properly and it took four full days to get any response from the management team which really unacceptable. The people staying in the room with the non working fridge were lucky they weren't traveling alone otherwise they would have had no access to a fridge to keep things like milk cold. The bath/shower in one of the apartments would drain so slowly that every day it was at risk of overflowing. There were a number of other issues such as no information in the apartment on the best way to contact management if there were issues so has to contact them through the booking.com app and just wait for a response. There was also no plug for the kitchen sink which made doing dishes difficult. The fold out sofa bed was so I comfortable that thepment you were to lay on it you could feel all the springs underneath. Having stayed at the apartments before (about 3.5 years ago) we knew we were not signing up for a 5 star property however it's really disappointing how far the quality of the accommodation in this property has dropped.
