The room was very spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is excellent, right in the city center. We only stayed one night, so we didn't get to use many of the facilities, but we really liked the hotel.

There is no parking; they direct you to different lots around the area, which is a significant downside. More importantly, the woman at the reception desk really affected our experience. She was extremely indifferent and rude, and seemed to slow things down rather than help. Despite a long line, she insisted on using only one check-in counter and kept people waiting. In contrast, the gentleman working the evening shift used all three counters and did his best to process everyone quickly. For such a beautiful and classy hotel, the staff experience definitely needs improvement.
The location was great. You can walk to lots of restaurants, activities and cafés. The location is great for families, business travelers, and solo travelers.

My room was incredibly small, and the plumbing in the commode was full of unexpected surprises. The place needs a major refresh, including new carpeting and furniture.

The hotel has no parking. We used public parking that is within walking distance of the hotel, so that was okay. The breakfast options were rather limited, but the food itself was okay.
