Horário do check-in muito tarde. Deixamos nossas coisas e fomos passear, quando voltamos, nos informaram que nosso quarto havia um problema no ar condicionado e teriam que nos realocar para outro hotel por nao haver mais disponibilidade de quartos. Nos colocaram em um hotel significativamente pior do que o que havíamos reservado.

This hotel is a gem! Nice rooms and comfortable beds in an excellent beach location. It's very centrally located to lots of central San Juan and just feet away from one of the nicest city beaches in the world. There are lots of local business just a block or two away, and the hotel features one of the best restaurants in the city. I can't recommend it highly enough and we ate there every day. Other nice amenities are a large heated hot tub and a pool in the sister property nearby. This is an easy recommendation for singles, couples and adults.
