One of their staff at the front desk is not friendly to the tourist. I’m not sure if she is not happy to be working but she can’t smile the whole intire contact to her is not so pleasant I would say she is unfriendly or prejudice. The staff that is short little heavy set woman with dark hair
Firstly, we didn't stay at this hotel. We were moved to the Marina hotel but I can only leave a review here. The Marina is in a great location. Easy access to the town and things to do/restaurants etc. The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, there was major works going on right outside which was quite noisy. Not the fault of the hotel. The twin room was adequate yet compact. The only issue we found was the restaurant. Very overcrowded during breakfast. I'm not a fan of buffet food especially when it's not being kept on covered hot plates. For an evening meal, the options are quite limited. The food was of a good standard, however, they don't cope too well when it's busy. You'll wait quite some time to be served. The food took longer which you'd expect during busy periods but the chocolate dessert was burnt. Great if it's not busy. Not so much if it is. We asked which of the burgers was well-done, to which the server laughed and said ' both are well done '.
