We requested a late check-in through Booking.com, and the hotel called us to confirm our arrival time. Although the standard reception hours are until 9 PM, they handled our late arrival very well, and everything went smoothly.The hotel is easily accessible from Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof (Hbf) by bus or taxi. The room was neat and clean, and the bedsheets were very pleasant. The breakfast was awesome, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
