Facilities and room quite worn, especially for a suite with a jacuzzi, one would expect a perfect suite for the price.

Centrally located in a quiet area. Good breakfast selection and plenty of seating. Room was well furnished and beds very cozy. Hotel gives a very elegant impression.

Bed squeaked! When one moved in bed, the other woke up. Not a good bed! One is used to better. Hotel is significantly noisier than expected. You can hear the pool despite closed windows. You can also hear movements in the hallway because the doors do not block much sound. Hotel seems to be showing its age. Rust stains on the bathtub/shower. At the pool, there were cushions with burst seams and the inner lining coming out. For the hefty price, one would have expected better quality and a better bed.

Received a free upgrade upon arrival. The junior suite was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The room was also tidied up every day. The staff was very friendly, always available, and helpful.

The room was very noisy and you could hear the neighboring room and the corridor very loudly. Unfortunately, the drains in the bathroom smelled very unpleasant, but I don't know if this is a general problem in Barcelona. The furnishings were somewhat dated and deserved a renewal. The overall cleanliness was mediocre. Towels and bed linen had some discoloration or stains. The grout in the bathroom as well as the fixtures were stained.
