Ressenti des voyageurs

• Cleanliness7.0

Mixed reports: many guests described rooms as clean, but multiple complaints about dust, dankness, high humidity, mold/odors (including urine smell) lowered overall cleanliness perception.

• Service9.5

Consistently positive: several reviews mention friendly, outstanding counter staff and good customer service.

• Location10.0

Excellent location repeatedly cited — next to the metro, Dongmen/Laojie station, Pedestrian Street and many shops/restaurants; extremely convenient for sightseeing and food.

• Room Quality8.9

Generally comfortable and spacious rooms reported; some rooms were described as lacking an open window or being slightly dusty/dank for longer stays.

• Amenities6.5

Weak: washing facilities appear inadequate (too few/small machines, sometimes not working); reports of heavy dehumidifier use and smoking in corridors also detract from amenities.

• Value for Money9.3

Positive: multiple guests commented it was good value or worth the money given the price and central location.

• Food and Beverage6.6

Negative: breakfast frequently criticized as limited, cold, greasy or unappealing; coffee and juice also mentioned as poor by several guests.

• Overall Experience8.6

Generally positive overall stay driven by location and service, though breakfast, some cleanliness and amenity issues reduced the experience for some guests.
