From the moment i stepped into my room, it was a pleasant experience. All amenities were appreciated, king size bed, living room couch so cozy, awesome bathroom. I really enjoyed the staff who upgraded me when I stayed which was a great surprise. The location is phenomenal too. I had such a nice time staying at the Orchard Garden Hotel!

It was a total joy, nothing to complain about! My one night stay was simply wonderful, I don't think I could criticize anything except that I only stayed a single night.

De kamers waren erg ruim en met name de badkamer was bijzonder groot. Bedden waren zeer ruim en je hebt een smart tv waarop je diverse streamingsdiensten kunt gebruiken. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Verspreid in het gebouw staan waterpunten waar je flessen kunt vullen zodat je met een gevulde waterfles op pad kunt. Locatie is verder prima, aan de rand van Chinatown. Je hebt aan deze zijde weinig hinder van daklozen, daar waar dat in andere delen van de stad minder prettig kan aanvoelen.

Wanneer je de gordijnen opende, kon je bij een andere kamer naar binnen kijken waarbij het gordijn ook openstond. Dit komt, omdat sommige kamers op een hoek van 90 graden staan richting andere kamers. Verder is de badkamer ietwat gedateerd, waardoor het wat smoezelig kan aanvoelen. Goed om te benoemen dat het NIET vies is in de kamer.

Nothing It was relatively expensive but the City was expensive to stay in so no complaints

The property was well-maintained, clean, and pleasant to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and it wasn't noisy at all. It was convenient to pull up curbside in front of the hotel for check-in and loading.

My only complaint was that there was no exhaust fan that you could switch on and off in the bathroom. Also, I wish there was parking on site, but that's rare to find around that area, so I wouldn't expect it.
