Had a bit of a challenge getting the heating/Aircon to temperature.

Considering this is a Top hotel, I was very disappointed that the big screen TV did not have chromecast or screen mirroring. After a long day of sightseeing and walking, I like to come back to the hotel, kick off my shoes, relax on the bed and watch my apps from my phone to the TV. Due to not having this. I had to watch my TV on my small phone. Very disappointed. Chromecast and screen mirroring should be a must in this hotel.

Firstly, I stay in hotels frequently and prior to COVID stayed at this particular one several times. However, on this occasion I found the hotel way below parr. The room was cold and the heating system inadequate. The WiFi was very poor and I noted several guests having the same problem. When one relies on good connectivity it is disappointing and annoying. The staff were particularly unhelpful insisting that it was working. I could not navigate the paid WiFi system kept stopping as the final steps were required. None of the staff seemed to know what to do. The staff themselves on the front desk all had very strong accents which were difficult to understand and as they all spoke in whispered tones I found it hard to understand them. Not helpful.
