Excellent location and clean room. I was apprehensive about the shared bathroom but I never had to wait - also really appreciated the carry bag with towels and slippers.

Some of the bathroom fittings were a little worn. I could hear adjoining rooms.

The mattress was not very comfortable. The rooms are small but it’s good value for money.

공간이 너무 비좁아서 트렁크를 펼쳐놓으면 걸어다닐 공간도 부족했고, 특히 옆방과 소음방지가 잘 안되어 옆방에서 하는 말소리때문에 잠 설쳤음

Nice location, but main complaint is the extremely high price charged for a room with no bathroom - it just wasn't justified. There would be some easy fixes with the bathroom experience - provide gowns to go down the corridor, and bathmats as each shower I had to use my hand towel on the floor so I wasn't standing in puddles of water when I came out. Rooms are not particularly insulated so noise could be heard. Felt embarassed when I tried to take a leftover glass of wine with me from the hotel restaurant to sit and read in reception after we had finished and was banned and made to sit alone in a noisy party environment cradling my wine, then given a huge plastic beaker to take it out when I complained. Gym was nice, but a single running machine so there is a queue and no space for more than one to do mat work or lifting.They have installed a trendy coffee shop in reception, but service was slow on the first day and they had run out of food. On the second day it didn't open at the advertised time, so I didn't get my 7am coffee before heading out for the day. Feels like the place needs more active management with operations and introduce more obsession with detail.

Bathroom outside the bedroom. Size of the room very small. You can’t open 2 luggages at the same time.

The facilities were well-equipped, the bathrooms were clean, and there were plenty of them, so I never had to wait.
