Terrible, terrible nights sleep. Crashing and banging noises from 11:30 until around 2am. Noises from above and along the corridor. There appeared to be no sound proofing. The worst night sleep I have had in a hotel.

Positive aspects: The hotel was clean and quiet. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that elderly and disabled guests are treated with dignity, fairness and respect.

A Disappointing Check-in Experience Unfortunately, the receptionist’s treatment of my mother was unprofessional and left us feeling that she had been treated unfairly. My mother, who is elderly, disabled and unwell, had just arrived after a long and exhausting journey. Despite being aware of her condition, the receptionist made her wait for several hours before providing her with a room. What made the situation even more upsetting was that another female guest, who arrived after my mother and had the same check-in time, received her room key before my mother did. My mother’s age, disability and medical condition were not taken into consideration, and we felt that she was not treated with the fairness and consideration she deserved
