We were truly impressed by the high quality and exceptional service at InterContinental Cairo Citystars. In particular, our breakfast experience was fantastic, thanks to the excellent management of Mr. Khaled Mahmoud. From the very first day, the staff went above and beyond to make our daughter feel comfortable. They took the time to approach her, help her choose what she wanted from the buffet, and even brought her food to the table. This level of genuine care and attention was far beyond anything we had experienced before and made our stay especially memorable. We would also like to express our appreciation to Mr. Peter George for his highly professional handling of the issues we encountered. His personal attention, care, and commitment to resolving matters were greatly appreciated. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. The combination of outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care is what truly sets this hotel apart.

-لم احصل على الغرفة التي حجزتها. -اصرار موظفي الاستقبال على اني حجزت غرفة غير التي طلبتها أصلاً على موقع بوكينج رغم انني أريتهم الحجز الأصلي. -عدم استجابة خدمة الغرف لطلباتنا إلا مرتين خلال إقامتنا 4 ليالي، رغم انها أمور معتادة في كل فنادق العالم حتى 3 نجوم منها. -طلبنا شاي في مقهى اللوبي في فترة المساء وانتظرنا لمدة 35 دقيقة حتى تفاجأنا بالجرسون يسأل "عايزين تشربوا حاقة!؟". قمة الاستهتار وعدم المبالاة. لذلك صعدنا إلى الغرفة دون أن نشرب الشاي.
