Door to main bedroom would not close (reported it to maintenance man). Parking was disrupted by scheduled cleaning of lower basement, which we were not told about before arrival. Lifts were difficult. One of three was not working, and the other two were often being used by housekeeping etc. We had to wait around 10 minutes for one before 7am when departing.

There was nothing not to like about the property, although the supply of minor things like kitchen paper, more washing up liquid would have been appreciated.

Unit was not completely clean when arrived. Pool is out of action for a long time. We booked last minute so was unaware of this.

its dated and there are no facilities currently pool and spa are out of action, games room is pretty sad

Unfortunately the pool was closed for our stay but everything else was perfect.
