Location near Termini Station was my main priority and 10+ for that. Staff was helpful and flexible. The room was clean, water was always warm.

Location near Termini Station was my main priority and 10+ for that. Staff was helpful and flexible. The room was clean, water was always warm.

The bed was really firm, pillows extremely firm, too. The room 102 had no real wiew but the window was for the inner "yard" used also by the restaurant near by. It meant noise untill very late (mainly clinking of dishes, later on clatter of the trash cans), past mid night. Maybe booking a room not by the inner yeard would solve the problem. No breakfast included, not even a chance to boil some water for tea.

I was getting an early train. It was very close to the station chicken time 2 o’clock but I asked for an early check-in and my room was ready at 12. The staff were very helpful.

Thought it was very tiny, but it worked well and I was the only one in it at one time so it was fine
