A special mention to Moumita, who was assigned to assist us—she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The grand mercure has been a great place to stay for long term stay for working professionals. Saumalya also leads w/ great integrity to ensure that the hotel is full of events for longer stay residents and shorter stay residents. Saymalya’s leadership in showing that the Grand Mercure here in Koramongla is running efficiently and professionally has been noticed and is appreciated. Cleaning staff like Shivji have been great w/ cleaning my room daily and ensuring that my room is clean and ready for me when I return home from work. I would recommend staying the the Grand Mercure Koramongla if you are here for work!
