Booking.com screwed up a reservation, we could not check in under our reservation number and Holiday Inn Express could not find it. So I had to pay out of my pocket directly to the hotel under my iht membership number which is fine but why did I bother using booking.com? And I've also alerted my credit card company of booking.com tries to charge me they know to block it. .

The AC did not work in our room but it was so late when we arrived and had to get up early to go back to airport we didn't pursue any fix but it was uncomfortable. At least we could open the window a few inches which helped

シャトルバスは、時間帯にもよるのかもしれないが、eastとwest、2つあるピックアップ場所のうち片方しか来なかったので、30分ほど待ったあげくに移動した。他の宿泊者も移動していた。 また1時間に２本しか来ないので、かなり待つことになった。 空港行きは予め予約したのでスムーズだった。
