I stayed here for the entire past week, and it was exceptional in every respect. The best part was the staff, who were always attentive to me throughout my stay—from the moment I arrived on the first day until the very last. A special mention goes to the entire buffet team, who were always so helpful during breakfast. The hotel itself is truly exceptional—words can hardly do it justice. It offers a level of luxury that feels even better than being at home; it’s comfortable, located in the heart of the city, and close to everything—yet it remains very quiet at night. I had a very modern, spacious room with views of the river and the Shanghai towers. The location is excellent, making it quick and easy to reach the city center and tourist areas via Didi. It’s also right next to the waterfront promenade. The highlight of all was the view from the rooftop bar on the 30th floor, which offered a panoramic look at all of Shanghai and its stunning nighttime illuminations. A particularly thoughtful touch was that they allowed me to shower at the hotel before heading to the airport in the evening—even though I had already checked out that morning. It meant I could return home feeling refreshed after spending the morning exploring the streets of Shanghai. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I truly can’t wait to come back to Shanghai and stay at Hotel Indigo Shanghai! :)
