Very poor customer service. They charged me more on the room than the invoice. When I tried to contact the hotel regarding the invoice and they simply either ignored me or did not provide any support at all (I tried email, phone and WhatsApp) Very disrespectful and not cooperative customer service at all not to mention that I tried multiple times with no response.
