The staff stood out at this property. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. We stayed in the ground floor studio apartments and it was perfect for what we needed. Kitchen and apartment was well equipped and everything worked well. Heating was spot on, plenty of room. Nice, comfy lounge. Beautiful views of the gondola and Douglas fur forest right outside our door. Easy, pleasant stroll to town and short walk to supermarket.

I liked everything about this property. If I had to say anything, the bed was the on the firmer side and could use a topper but that’s minor in terms of the apartment in general.

Slightly smaller than we anticipated and what we saw from the photos when booking. Just a little cramped for a family of 5.

It was all pretty good, if I had to comment the sofa/furniture could have been a little bigger for. 2 bedroom family apartment, but it did us ok.
