Ressenti des voyageurs

Cleanliness7.0
Mixed reports: several guests praise impeccable cleaning, but multiple comments cite dust under the bed, a stained towel, and water leaking from the shower/box leading to wet floors — cleanliness is inconsistent and needs attention.
Service8.5
Consistently positive: staff repeatedly described as attentive, cordial and helpful (specific praise for an employee named Luiz); service is a clear strength of the property.
Location9.3
Very strong: many mentions of excellent, convenient and safe location — near Parque Ibirapuera and train access (AACD), easy walking distance and praised views.
Room Quality7.7
Mixed: guests find beds and room space comfortable, but report maintenance issues (broken drawers, awkward/outlet placement), shower temperature variability, and lack of kitchen fixtures/utensils.
Amenities7.5
Mostly positive but incomplete: breakfast and on-site market are appreciated; however guests note missing in-room kitchen items (plates, cutlery), lack of a water cooler, and pool-area lighting problems.
Value for Money8.6
Perceived as good value: several guests explicitly mention 'bom custo-benefício' or excellent cost-benefit, indicating guests feel the price is fair for what is offered.
Food and Beverage8.5
Breakfast is a clear plus: repeatedly described as excellent, delicious, well served with good options (including natural juice); F&B is a strong point for most guests.
Overall Experience8.5
Generally positive overall: many guests call the stay excellent and say they would return, with the main detractors being intermittent cleanliness and minor room/maintenance issues.
