Extremely Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not Worth the Price We booked this hotel trusting the ITC name and reputation, but our experience was extremely disappointing. We paid a significantly high amount for just one night, expecting quality, comfort, and high standards of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet even our basic expectations. The room was dusty, the bed linens were dirty, and the bathroom was small and poorly maintained. Even the toilet seat was dirty, which was completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the bathroom door was so poorly fitted and unstable that it felt like it could fall off if we tried to close it. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel charging a premium price. The carpets in the lobby were also extremely dirty and clearly not maintained properly. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property were far below what we expected from a reputed hotel chain like ITC. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was good. Apart from that, the entire experience was disappointing. This hotel was absolutely not value for money. We chose this property because of the ITC brand name and expected a certain standard of quality. Sadly, the condition of the room, bathroom, linens, and common areas did not reflect those expectations at all. We strongly urge the management to take housekeeping, hygiene, and maintenance seriously. Guests paying a premium price should not have to deal with such basic issues. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We would not choose this property again and would advise others to carefully consider the cleanliness and maintenance standards before booking.
