We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Cairo West, and I would like to take a moment to specifically recognise three gentlemen who made our experience truly special: Amr, Youssef Raouf, and Youssef Romany. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly professional, kind, polite and attentive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their genuine warmth and willingness to assist made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. What touched us most was the thought and effort they put into making my daughter’s birthday special. They arranged a beautiful balloon and birthday cake setup in our room upon arrival, which was such a lovely surprise and meant so much to our family. It was a thoughtful gesture that immediately made our stay feel personal and memorable. They ensured to give us two rooms next to each other as we were a family of 5 and needed two rooms. Amr, Youssef Raouf and Youssef Romany are a wonderful reflection of the hospitality and service that Hyatt Regency strives to provide. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and we are genuinely grateful for everything they did for our family. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable, special and memorable. We will certainly remember the kindness we experienced at Hyatt Regency Cairo West and would be very happy to return in the future.
