This is the first time that I didn't have a good experience in this hotel. It's always my choice when I visit Tokyo, and this was my forth time in this hotel. A couple of days before I stayed here as well before going to Nagoya, and that day was great, but this time when I arrived I didn't like how I was treated in the reception. Who checked me in wasn't nice and didn't reply kindly/with respect, made me use some sort of self-check-in machine, which didnt work well and made me lose time. It was kind of annoying. Comparing to all the other times, it wasn't a good experience. Also this time the room was not good, tv was too close and it was hard to watch.

Had everything you could need. Location was close to public transit and convenience stores.

My flight to Osaka was cancelled so I had to stay in Tokyo. This is the hotel I always go when I'm visiting, but had to book it the same day since I wasn't expecting to stay. Reception was really kind when I arrived (12.30am), I was feeling so bad and was worried because it was late, however when I wrote and said I was arriving past 12am, they replied kindly. Once I arrived and checked in, who he was in the reception (sadly I don't know his name) was delightful. I was able to pay for a late checkout, and he was attentive and warm explaining everything. After a bad flight, been travelling for more than 45 hours, it was such a breeze and make me feel a bit better. Room was amazing, it was in a corner of the 5th floor and loved it. Thank you as always, APA! You saved the day!

Muy buena ubicación, metros cerca, al lado de la calle akibahara, mercado ameyoko está al lado también, tienes lawdon y Seven eleven tb al lado del hotel. Todo correcto, repetiría sin duda.
