L'hotel està impecable i el personal de recepció molt competent. Molt bon teixit de les tovalloles i llençols. Molt agradable l'espai i l'ambient.

El personal del servei de restauració és nefast a excepció de la Lizandra i la Damiana. Es la segona vegada que ens allotgem en aquest establiment i marxem amb la sensació que el personal destina tota l'energia a atendre grans grups de mitja o pensió completa. I la resta del clients què? A més a més, ofereixen un servei super desorganitzat a causa d'això al bar ja que cada vegada que hem volgut consumir alguna cosa hem tingut que dirigir-nos a la recepció perquè ens enviïn el personal. Es una llàstima perquè teniem un molt bon record d'aquest lloc i molt probablement si mai tornem a San Miguel no tornarem en aquest establiment.

The hotel is clean, beds and pillows are super comfortable! + We've actually spent part of our honeymoon here and we got a sweet gift from the hotel! Thank you, we had a wonderful stay here!

Nothing, my only suggestion, it'd be nice to put up a sign pointing to the hot pool because we accidentally got a little lost, but that's like nothin

The Rooftop restaurant was amazing. We had the tasting menu which was amazing. Hotel is very welcoming . The bar and pools are very inviting. Not too busy when we went.

We had a disabled access shower room which was massive but couldn't be considered cozy.

Les activités payantes à prix déraisonnable 50 euros yoga alors que je paye 200euros pour un cours semaine pour toute l’année c’est abusif Surtout il y a une superbe salle pour pratiquer et personne ! Il faut se remettre en question
