The room is super tiny and impractical, the suitcase can only be opened on the bed, the price is outrageously high and the value for money is too low

6 sqm is fine for a single room, definitely too small for 2 people. The bathroom ventilation only worked briefly and despite efforts by the hotel, it couldn't be fixed. There is a lack of storage space in the room. Traveling with 2 carry-on suitcases, you won't find enough space to store them in the room.

Only the staff - they were friendly. But you could see the same receptionist early morning and late evening. It didn't seem like they were being taken care of properly.

I didn't like anything about the hotel: no elevator, had to carry my 20kg suitcase up three long flights of stairs, no help even though I am elderly, the room is like a cabin, nowhere to put your suitcase, can't even open the bathroom door, etc.

It was the size of a small cupboard!!! And absolutely no tea making facilities!! It’s the UK for goodness sake we need our tea. The bed was hard and no storage at all

The only reason to come to this place is the location

It's not a room, it's a tiny space. It's about 5 sqm including the bed, which is sunken between the walls. There's barely space for a suitcase. There isn't even a chair. The shower floods the bathroom. The cleaning is never done. And they have unjustifiably high prices even considering that Edinburgh now thinks it's London.
