We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were always friendly, attentive and willing to help. A very special mention goes to Jess, who deserves recognition for the incredible care and kindness she showed us. She was always so warm, thoughtful and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable and looked after. What stood out most was how genuine her kindness was. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, and small gestures like these really make a difference when travelling. The hotel itself offered a lovely experience, and we are grateful to the entire team for their efforts. Hospitality is not just about the facilities, but also about the people who make you feel at home even when you’re far away. Jess truly embodied that. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! ❤️

- The quality of the breakfast pastries was inconsistent. Some days they were fresh and delicious, while other days they were quite dry. - The bidet was leaking, and the bathroom area could use some maintenance. - The mattress was quite noisy when moving around. - More storage space for clothes, ideally additional drawers, would make the room more practical, especially for longer stays.

Very central and within walking distance to most places of interest/ tourist attractions. Kind of like a little hidden haven from the super busy streets. You arrive and may worry that the taxi driver has taken you to the wrong place but then you go down a little alley and suddenly you’re in a very pretty walkway towards a very elegant feeling hotel.

My view wasn’t amazing (looked onto other buildings) but such is life when you’re visiting somewhere as built up as Hanoi and I wouldn’t think it’s a deal breaker.

Loved our stay! The rooms were comfy, check-in and the entrance were smooth, and the bed was seriously cozy. The pool area is amazing, with great views of the trains on Train Street. A huge shoutout to our concierge Jess, who was an absolute angel. She gave us the best recommendations for authentic bún chả spots in Hanoi, and we ate so well because of her. Staff were lovely all round. Highly recommend!
