Tutte le stanze affacciano su una tangenziale a 6 corsie con un tunnel, sentirete tutta la notte moto e auto che sfrecciano e fanno tantissimo rumore, amplificato dal tunnel, non riuscendo a chiudere occhio (a prescindere dal piano, noi eravamo al 9 di 15, abbiamo visto anche una camera al 15 piano con lo stesso problema). Il personale è sgradevolissimo, non è assolutamente interessato ai clienti, né ti aiuta in momenti di difficoltà. La seconda notte mi sono riempita di puntini rossi e abbiamo chiesto 1 medico e loro non ci hanno aiutato, con aria del tutto indifferente. Una cosa del genere non mi era mai successa e viaggiamo davvero tanto. Il 22 agosto notte, a Tokyo, c'è stato il terremoto, eravamo tutti spaventati in reception e nessuno di loro è uscito dalla guardiola. Alle nostre domande rispondevano seccati. Se hai un problema lì, ti sentirai completamente abbandonato. Anche al check out, quando siamo andati via, non ci hanno chiesto com'era andato il soggiorno e a malapena ci hanno salutato Esperienza pessima.

Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza was an excellent stay for me. The location is perfect, right in Ginza and only about a 5-minute walk from the Seiko store, which makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are very comfortable, and one of the things I appreciated most was how quiet it was — I honestly didn’t hear a single noise during my stay. The room had a great shower, a lovely view, a small sofa, hot tea with a proper teapot, and an extremely comfortable bed. Everything felt well thought out, calm and easy. For me, this hotel is always a yes, and I would happily stay here again.
