I had a good experience at Comfort Hotel, which is why I recommended it to my friends. Unfortunately, an incident at the front desk left me disappointed. We had all checked in and later went out separately. I had previously spoken with the receptionist about extending my booking, as I couldn't arrange the extension through Booking.com and might need to pay directly at the hotel. When my friends returned, they were told there was no booking and that they couldn't enter. I was the one who made and managed the reservation, so I found it disappointing that they were put in that position, particularly after we had already checked in. It's unfortunate because I genuinely liked the hotel and had recommended it based on my experience. I hope situations like this can be handled with better communication and consideration for guests.
