Muy mala experiencia. El sitio es muy ruidoso, la gente en la piscina grita y se oye todo. La puerta es muy fina, se oye todo. El sitio parece peor en la realidad que en las fotos El suelo es muy resbaladizo, con la humedad que se condensada en el suelo, me resbalé dos veces. Pagar early check-in a la 1.30pm me es muy cutre. Además el recepcionista mintió cuando dijo que la habitación no estaba lista, que te tenía que venir una limpiadora a limpiar, y luego resulta que me dio la llave en 3 minutos. Toda esta mentira para intentar justificar el early check-in a las 1.30pm Este sitio es mejor evitarlo! Puerto Rico es un paraíso y la gente super amable, pero este sitio mejor no venir.

La cama esta muy mal. El somier tiene patas dobladas y es como dormir en una hamaca. Además el colchón es muy muy muy blando. Cada ves que llovía caían trozos de pintura del techo o se filtraba el agua por la ventana lo cual nos mojo toda la ropa de la maleta. El fondo de las piscinas no fue aspirado en 3 días. Mucha arena El hotel en general necesita un poco de mantenimiento. No se ve como las fotos
