Generally reported as very clean across multiple reviews ("very clean", "a very clean hotel", good housekeeping), though one review mentioned a room not clean — overall cleanliness is strong.
Mixed service feedback: front desk and housekeeping praised (Sahil, courteous housekeeping), but repeated comments about unwelcoming, cold F&B staff and an incident with room service make overall service uneven.
Several guests noted the hotel is far from city attractions and downtown traffic can make access difficult; a few mention a pleasant city-view room but location is often cited as a drawback.
Rooms repeatedly described as excellent, comfortable, spacious with good beds and pleasant fragrance; some notes about rooms not being fully soundproof and one cleanliness issue, but room quality is generally high.
Amenities are positively highlighted (complimentary evening high tea, standout tea at the restaurant, pleasant lobby/fragrance); guests appreciated these extras.
Concerns about price were raised (high a-la-carte and restaurant prices, e.g. expensive simple dishes), so perceived value is below average.
Food quality and breakfast/tea received strong praise ("great food", "tea out of the world", good breakfast), but service in F&B and limited breakfast choices were recurring negatives.
Most stays described as very good or great overall (clean, comfortable, would visit again), tempered by specific negatives around restaurant staff attitude and location; overall guest experience remains strongly positive.
The concept of complementary evening high tea was good!

Excellent Rooms, But Extremely Disappointing Restaurant Hospitality We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Jaipur for two days. While the rooms were excellent and the housekeeping team was genuinely lovely, courteous, and pleasant, the experience with the Food & Beverage (F&B) team was extremely disappointing. A special mention to Sahil at the front desk, who was really nice, and to the housekeeping staff, who were consistently polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the restaurant and breakfast team. The overall attitude of the F&B staff was unwelcoming. Smiles, warmth, and basic hospitality were almost entirely missing. Whether it was the lady preparing tea or the staff serving breakfast, the interactions felt cold and indifferent. Even when we said thank you, we often received no smile, acknowledgement, or even a simple nod in return. What was particularly concerning was the lack of care when ordering food for our 10-month-old baby. Despite repeatedly informing the staff that the food was for an infant, dishes were sent out containing green chillies. When travelling with a baby, you expect the staff to listen carefully and take such requests seriously. Having to repeat the same instructions and still not being heard was frustrating. Another incident that left us uncomfortable was when we ordered beers through room service. A staff member made a condescending expression and remarked, “One more????” The tone came across as judgemental and unprofessional. Guests should never feel scrutinised or uncomfortable about what they choose to order. And frankly, women should certainly not have to feel judged for ordering a beer. What stood out throughout our stay was how consistently unhappy and unapproachable the restaurant staff appeared. Hospitality is not just about serving food or delivering an order; it is about making guests feel welcome, respected, and comfortable.
