Friendly and helpful staff who ensured we had an enjoyable stay. The food in the restaurant was very nice and they organised a complementary airport transfer for us.

The staff is the key of this hotel. Very warm and helpful. A special thank you to Senthamizh and Selvam. The sweet lady from bengal and Tamil are veyyy polite and they do prepare delicious food. Many thanks to the whole staff

The location... can understand that there are works all around the road leading to the hotel.
Breakfast was served after I checked out at 7:30am. It would be nice if breakfast is served at 7 am to serve guests who take early flight.

The only positive aspect of this property is its proximity to the airport. It also offers airport pickup and drop-off services, which adds some convenience.

Stayed for one night and was very disappointed. The location is extremely congested, and the road to the hotel is completely dug up, making access difficult. The room AC didn't work, and despite multiple complaints, no one came to fix it. Breakfast was advertised as starting early, but it only began at 8:00 AM, with not even tea or coffee available before then. Overall, poor service, misleading information, and definitely not worth the money. I wouldn't stay here again.

The morning reception staff were welcoming and friendly, making the check-in process pleasant. The complimentary airport pickup was very convenient, and the availability of a free airport drop-off service was another great benefit.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and could offer more variety. The bathroom cleanliness could also be improved. Considering the overall experience, the price felt a bit high for the value provided. Additionally, the TV in the room was not working during my stay, which was disappointing.
