La propreté ! Il y avait des insectes sur le lit. Pas assez de draps pour couvrir le lit. Le personnel répond favorablement aux demandes mais ils sont froid d'attitude.

For the price we spent it was really really good ur stay, the room was pretty clean and also the bathroom. The location are great and the staff really kind, the offer to keep our luggage for the next days so we can walk around light! Unfortunately the kitchen was not available but the staff offer to open the roof top in the evening to let us take picture of the Taj Mahal! (Normally is blouse because of monkey)

It’s a great value for o money. Everything works, the stuff is professional, they also let you leave the baggage in the special room for free. The location is great, you can walk to Taj Mahal (10mins), there’s a lot of restaurants around. I really recommend it if you’re on a budget!

Absolutely amazing location - only a short walk from the Taj Mahal and the view from the terrace is lovely. The workers were also great - they even woke up at around 4am to check us out and found us a tuktuk.

I stayed in Agra to visit the Taj Mahal, and the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only small disappointment was that I couldn’t enjoy the rooftop view of the Taj Mahal, as it was closed during the festive period in India. A bit of a shame, but not a big deal! The staff kindly recommended some great nearby restaurants where I could still admire the Taj from a terrace. I highly recommend this place, both for its perfect location and the wonderful hospitality.
